SoftOffice is the name of rental offices (shared office) located in Tokyo and Yokohama, Japan. It provides open booths separated by low partition. The aim of SoftOffice is to provide practical and low-cost offices for long-term tenants. Monthly fee is about 25,000 - 40,000 yen.

Low initial cost (only initial fee of 15,000 yen plus deposit that is equal to one month rental fee). Already furnished with a desk, a chair, and cabinets.
Low running cost. Low rental fee, no lighting and heating expenses, and free Internet connection.
Shared information equipments such as copy&fax machine and MO drive.
Can receive delivered packages when you are out of the office.
Shared conference room and/or meeting area.
Shared tea and coffee.
